Commercial business addresses qualify for free shipping. This method requires a forklift, loading dock, or 2-3 people to get the unit off of the truck. This can also be done by backing a pickup truck to the freight truck and sliding the unit over. Poor Customer service and slow shipping…

Ordered it on 2-28-18, part listed as in stock, 1-2 days to ship… I called 2-28 to make sure they got the web order and would get it on the way ASAP… called 3-5-18 AM was told it was not in stock, but at MFG… not yet shipped… received the $1,500 Pressure washer two weeks after ordered, too late for the job it was order for… not worth the $100 savings if I had ordered it from a company with its act together...
