      I recently purchased a Cummins generator and the order instantly shipped and I received it two days later. Couldn’t be more happy with my purchase and I will definitely be going with factory pure again.

      Fails to start

      I didn't like the fact that the generator was in stock when I ordered it and they emailed me the following Monday they were out of stock and expecting more Wednesday and they would ship out ASAP. Small inconvenient because I was camping and my RV generator died.
      Oil and gas installed per directions and generator would not start. Called customer service and they had me check the auto choke, manually moving it into the choke position generator fired right up with no issues. Had to take generator in for warranty repair and they fixed it on the spot. Connector came off some board in shipping. The technician indicated this is a common issue. Now she starts and runs like a swiss watch.
