Purchased to power our well head pump, but need to use hasn't presented itself yet so difficult to rate. Purchased extended warranty before we became aware of "RFB" meaning. Nice to know there's someone who calls back (Paul) to answer questions from that department. Knowledgeable & helpful! Product arrived with deep scrapes on 2 sides of the framework as if it had been drug across concrete removing the paint and exposing/scraping underlying metal framework. Some rust on the battery terminal, but otherwise appeared in good shape. Appears to be cosmetic issues and, if the unit has no functional issues, it's worth the discounted price. Kind of like what one finds in the "Scratch & Dent" section of a retail store. Fired up with propane. Haven't tried gasoline yet.
Only used it once, cranked right up the propane was nice!
Very satisfied so far! I used it for the first time during Hurricane Michael which went thru my home Weds. night.
Bought generator cause it was listed for great price and then I get it and it was slightly damaged in shipping. Also come to find out generator had not been checked over thoroughly because recoil was about to break and looked like it came off a 10 year old generator. Dirty and frayed cord. Called company and the 1st person I talked to was rude and actually hung up on me. Called again and then a different person was trying to make everything all better by sending replacement parts. At this point I just wanted a refund like the website clearly states if your not satisfied full refund. That turned into a 2 week long process which resulted in dealing with mfg. Warehouse and website company. Still never got full refund even after I physically brought generator back to warehouse which was 3 hrs away. Overall absolutely ridiculous. Bad service bad product. Would highly never recommend to anyone.
