      The press was ordered and delivered in no time. It was amazing and it worked like a charm for about 10 months. The order number is 369351. This was purchased on April 20, 2021. Unfortunately, it stopped working after I heard some sparking on February 10, 2022. I immediately reached out to their Customer Service and was given assurance that someone will help me resolve the matter. Today is March 26, 2022 and till date I have no help from the seller or manufacturer. I was tired chasing and decided to open the press myself and found the issue. I have reached out to the seller today telling them about the problem with the burnt section of circuit board where power enters the board with the hope that I will get a timely replacement of the part to get my press working again.

      I will update this review and change the number of stars if the seller or manufacturer takes of this problem with the press by supplying me the replacement part. As I believe then I would have had better customer service.
