The EZ Deluxe is a whole home water heater designed for the typical household of 1-2 bathrooms. Averaging between 3 - 4 gallons per minute, it supplies more than enough hot water to run any one hot water tap at a time, and in some cases two. The EZ Deluxe is also a self regulating water heater, meaning the heater automatically adjusts the burners according to the water flow to ensure the desired temperature is reached at your tap. For instance, the average sink tap runs about 1 gallon per minute while the average shower head runs about 1.7 - 2 gallons per minute. With the EZ Deluxe you simply set the temperature on the screen and the unit does the rest of the work for you!

Please Note: This heater must vent horizontally through an exterior wall. With this vent kit there is no need for a rain cap, condensation drain, anti-freeze/back-draft trap door, or room air cubic feet calculations.

As far as hot water for the shower is great, but you have to run the shower in order to get hot water out of the sink or faucet.

Excellent tankless water heater. I’m very pleased with it and your service. Only thing preventing 5 stars is lag time after water flow begins and burner ignition starts. If you try to save water by turning off faucet to get a towel or something, you,re going to get cold water before it resumes previous heat level. Tend to make you leave water running which is wasteful.
