I received my halo unit in a timely fashion I read through the paperwork and I went to charge my battery and found that either the charger was bad or the battery was bad or they were both good but not compatible so I'm in the process I was sending it back to be repaired.
Received drone within a few days and had it up in the air same day, no issues with drone. Ended up emailing Factory Pure 6 days after receiving it, to return it. I found that it just wasn't what I wanted. This drone would be perfect for photographers or for someone that loves to take pictures. Long story short I still have a drone that I never use in my closet collecting dust. I did receive a email back from this company, stating that the Halo company would contact me within 1 week to arrange a return of the drone and if didn't hear from Halo, then Factory Pure would get back to me. I waited the week and heard nothing back from either company. So, I came back to Factory Pure's website and when I went to log in, I found that my account was removed/erased for some strange reason? So, I just set up a new account and emailed F.Pure back for the 2nd time and basically asked what the heck was going on and if this was there standard business practice. Since then I haven't heard anything from this unknown company. I'm really not thrilled on how I've been treated and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYTHING-PERIOD!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!-NO RETURNS!!!-VERY SHADY BUSINESS IN MY EYES!!!

Battery power button "2 clicks & hold" doesn't work until after 6-8 attempts.
Follow Module won't turn off "2 clicks & hold" likewise many times
Initial pairing withou using Follow Module
"2 Clicks & Hold" is the method to turn on/off but only randomly working: battery power, Follow Module requires too many attempts
Halo App won't sequence thru calibration although once Follow Module paired with RC I had "P" (GPS).
Camera Gimbal works but no Video on my tablet's screen
Total with 3 Year in-home refurbished warranty $818
Flies well (GPS) stable but took hours & hours getting there.
Was told factory refurbished "checkout" was reliable
Chatted with Mike at Factory Pure said he would get Halo to respond phone or email.
Called customer Service too and she indicated I would get help.
