    My bad yesterday I talked about the generator but not about the company factory pure that I ordered it from. This is the third generator I have ordered from them and they have been great and the delivery person went above and beyond the call of duty he couldn’t get up my driveway And he brought it up on a dolly probably 300 yards even though I told him he didn’t have to. I would get a liftgate truck, but he insisted.

    It came exactly when it was supposed to. Fast. And with no damage !!!! And the instructions were easy enough to figure out. I’d do it again!!!!

    Would not start on propane

    Would not start on propane. Call support they said in starting instructions were incorrect. Go ahead and experiment with a choke to get it started that worked. Seems to run fine. Have not used it enough to know if everything is going to be OK.
