Pentair PC600-R Carbon Replacement Media for PC600 Whole House Drinking Water Filter New

It was easier to do than I thought. The only downfall was waiting the 48 hours for the media to settle and the 72 hours bypassing it fir high flow use but in all it was easy to do! I'm good for s other 5 years!

Hello I ordered the PC600 Carbon replacement media on the advice of my son but later found out that we have the NS3 softener model that is only a few years old and not really ready to replace yet. Would I be able to return the order?

I ordered the replacement media for my Pelican whole house filter from Factory Pure hoping it was what I needed, When it arrived I was reassured that everything needed to replace the media was included.

Package included all the tools you need to perform the replacement of the carbon. Shipping is fast. I called in to confirm the parts with the package and representative is very helpful. Originally I thought I need to replace the entire system; however, replacing carbon only saved a lot of money. Just follow the instruction and should be easily replace it. One note is that after hook up the tank to the main water, you would still see some residue of the carbon first couple days when you turn on two shower faucets at the same time. After few days, you should be fine with water purification as original tank.

I was a bit concerned that the package would not include the k-plug for the down tube, o-ring for the head or hose bib but everything to do the exchange was included, just as it was from Pelican.
