20' Chimney Piping Kit for HP22I and HP22I-SS

The installer that I hired measured my kit and it was literally 1 foot too short so they had no solutions for me to add additional flex tube or any kind of piping that would resolve the situation. I called Comfort built per their factory. Pure tech recommendation. Experienced a lot of customer coddling not very much customer support. A lot of misdirection and very long timelines for anything to get done. I would highly recommend going somewhere else because once there was no solutions, I was charged a 30% restocking fee plus had to pay the original shipping plus at a pay for shipping back by the time I spent my time running around to fix the solutions they had no solutions for and by the time I pay everything back. It was an absolute joke and waste of time much like this company. bought a similar kit on eBay for half the price with free shipping. No problems at all Hadri requested information on returns. There was no restocking fee or shipping from the original. That would have to be paid. Would highly recommend spending your money elsewhere.

So far great stove, I think it'll do a good job this winter when it gets down below 0 😱. Maybe I'll let you know how it works up here in God's Country. Montana winters can get down right 🥶 lol.
