Most units are clean condition, and come with all original accessories. Some may have scuffs/dents on areas that do not affect functionality (such as a gas tank).  There is a 90 day factory warranty, with extended warranty options of up to 5 years. They are refurbished by the manufacturer and guaranteed to work like new. Due to shipping costs, returns are not allowed on this product.  If it is not working properly in the beginning (dead on arrival), it will be repaired at the nearest facility free of charge.

Designed to meet the rigorous demands of the cleaning pro, the SIMPSON® Aluminum Series frame is crafted of 100% professional grade aluminum, making it lighter in weight than most steel frame designs. Perfect for contractors who specialize in deck cleaning, wood restoration, paint preparation, graffiti removal, and all other professional cleaning services. Equipped with commercial series OHV engines and industrial triplex plunger pumps that are built with high-quality components and designed for optimum performance in the harshest environments. Welded aircraft grade aluminum platform with brushed extruded aluminum tubing and pneumatic tires for mobility across most any surface. Pro-style quick connect spray wands and nozzles, with professional spray gun, allows users to operate with ease. High pressure hoses are non-marring, kink and abrasion resistant, and either polyester or steel-braided for exceptional strength and long-life. For those extra dirty jobs, drop the detergent siphoning tube into pressure washer safe detergent and attach the soap applicator nozzle.

So far not too happy.

We’ll its like this... first off it got stalled off in New Jersey because of an ice storm for a week plus. Then when it got almost here I get a call from UPS saying it has oil all over it and they would recommend I return it unless I needed right away. Now it’s back in your hands and I have yet to get a confirmation that there’s a different one sent out to me so guess it hasn’t been a very good experience so far. :(

I purchased knowing full well that this unit was a refurb, scratch and dent. When the power washer showed up, first thing I noticed is that the box was very oily. I also discovered that it did not have an air filter element; I contacted FactoryPure customer service and was reassured a replacement was on the way; weeks later I still have yet to see the replacement filter... I filled the engine and pump with their required oils, started up the unit and noticed it doesn't really idle well, will require carb cleaning and/or adjustment. While running, I was not able to keep the engine running unless I had the pressure wand trigger depressed, apparently the pump unloader valve needs adjustment. Overall, I wouldn't buy a refurbished unit from this company again.
