This generator is great, glad we made the purchase.

I would have given 5 stars if I was notified that a basic likely necessary accessory (called the fascia skirt, necessary for protection from insects and small animals) was not included in the Bo’s, and required a separate purchase. Just more streamlined and efficient than hearing from your installer after the fact that you are missing something important.,Then you have to look up the model number of the part, the cost, the delivery issues, etc. This would be unnecessary if the choice of purchase would include the option, before not after the installation.
Actually, the real solution would be for Generac, the manufacturer to include this in the box, and just tack it on to the price at the outset, instead of this inconvenient, inefficient policy to make a few extra dollars.

Came fast and intact

Ordered a Generac 22kw stand by generator from Factory Pure on a Friday and received it the following Tuesday in the Midwest. Unit had slight cosmetic damage on one of the exterior panels but I was able to fix it. Fast shipping and great product! Their customer service was great and I was pleased with the competitive price!
