I installed this to power a 750 sq ft home in Colorado using propane I took my time and planned the loads being transferred. It has plenty of power to run everything we want / need in an outage. The installation was very easy and when it came time to fire it up , a call to Generac customer service immediately helped me sort out the only issue I had ( caused by myself of course) It has approx 13 second transfer time and using a NIOSH dB meter I get 48 dB no load rating at 6' away and 61 dB full load reading at 6'away. Its pretty quiet and very nice to not have to drag out a portable gen, cabling ect. In addition Factory Pure was great to do business with . I recommend both Factory Pure and Generac.
