Lifan LFQ4515E Hydro Pro 4500 PSI 4 GPM Electric Start Pressure Washer Open Box (Never Used)

The pressure washer was shown on ad as (new never used in a opened box) we ordered the product with that in mind, after some time of no tracking number or response we emailed Factory Pure they then responded but told us that they had no more new never used opened box units and that there where factory refurbished units available, sceptical but in need of the unit we went ahead and continued the transaction it arrived in stretched wrapped broken pallets. Although the packaging was a disaster the washer made it with only a few dings and dents, there was some instructions but no warranty papers. We put oil in the engine bought a 12 volt battery added gas connected water hose and fired the washer up and it has been working well since. So overall the purchase was good.

I am very gladly writing this review, from the time I went to the home page looking for the machine the people were very prompt to help and answer any questions I had, the pricing very competitive with any other brand in the market, along with the warranty and the extended one, then when I decided to buy the machine they offer me a credit line to pay in three months, fast and on time shipping, free.!!

The item I bought was a : Lifan 4500 psi, fantastic!!!!!

I have a smaller pressure washer that I have been using for several years and does a good job. The new Lifan LFQ4515E Hydro Pro 4500 psi pressure washer out performs and has cut pressure washing time by more than half.
