This patented brush auger kit prevents coarse material like free-flowing #2 rock salt from leaking through the throat of the spreader. It also provides a uniform salt distribution pattern. This comes standard in BL-240 and BL-400 spreaders, but can be purchased as replacement parts and is compatible with Blaster spreaders.
