Bike is what I was expecting when I finally recieved the right one. They initially sent the wrong bike that may have cost me to ship back to them if I called ups for pick up. I chose to take to ups so it wouldnt cost me as much. They would not send the bike I ordered until they recieved the wrong one back even though I sent them the ups tracking number on it. So it took a long time to get the right one. That's about the only bad taste in my mouth was holding my bike hostage because of their mistake. Ebike makes my riding enjoyable again with all the rolling hills in my area.
The people at factory customer service where the worst I've ever dealt with I paid over $1,300 for an electric bicycle that did not work I had to fight with them for two weeks once I got the bike to work I asked them to help me register they told me to contact the manufacturer I would never buy anything from Factory pure again and I recommend that nobody else should either their customer service stinks
