Product Overview
This superior evaporator pan is made of 304 food-grade stainless steel with a brushed surface. It comes with a 3/4-inch throttle valve, which allows you to control the flow of the maple syrup. The pan is fully TIG welded for incredible strength and avoiding liquid leakage. This pan is suitable for indoor or outdoor use and supports many heating methods including firewood, charcoal, gas stoves, etc.

- Food Grade SUS Material: This maple syrup evaporator pan is well-designed, made of 1.5 mm thickened 304 stainless steel. It is resistant to rust and corrosion, and has superior heat transfer.
- TIG Welded Construction: Every seam is masterfully TIG welded. The maple syrup boiling pan is designed with welded, sealed, and hemmed top edges for all 4 corners.
- Efficient Processing Flow: The pan can accommodate nearly 22.4 gallons of sap in total, equaling about 339 bottles of 250mL maple syrup. The pan comes with a 3/4-inch valve to adjust the flow rate and load the syrup into other containers.
- Outdoor & Indoor Use: This syrup pan is suitable for outdoor or indoor use, and supports many heating fuels: firewood, charcoal, propane gas stove, etc. It can be used according to your cooking preferences, and there is no need to buy additional accessories.
