I received my Generac generator in what appeared to be brand new condition. Upon first inspection I noticed one part had been damaged in packing it. I called FactoryPure and the issue was solved, replacement parts were shipped within days and it's running beautifully. I will definitely be using FactoryPure again!!

I ordered the stove and I was starting to believe I wasn't going to receive the stove my card didn't get charged for a couple of weeks so I reached out to see if and when I was going to receive the stove they immediately sent an email stating that they would get ahold of me with the information as soon as they could and they did exactly what they said. For that reason I give factory pure a 5 star rating communication absolutely matters
