The items that were described were very easy to install if they had provided all necessary hardware it is supposed to contain four clamps and the bolts and hardware to attach to the frame of the trailer however, in the kit was only three clamps and the nuts and washers to attach

The SE modle had no shut off switch on power sorce and the cord was short. Returned unit for the hydro 4 much better unit but the power cord gets tangled there is a memory to the cord and tangles easily
This brand new iScooter F7 arrived with a structural manufacturing defect (stripped internal frame threads) on June 9th, it cannot be safely assembled or ridden. It has now been 5 business days since my initial claim on June 10th and the unit is completely unusable, I need FactoryPure to respond back to me and send me a prepaid return label. They are avoiding me at this point.
