The Ashley Hearth Products AW1820E is an air tight fireplace insert that will greatly improve the efficiency of your fireplace. The AW1820E fireplace insert meets the stringent requirements of the EPA “Step 2” 2020 Certification Guidelines. With a heavy cast iron door with a cool touch wood handle, and an air washed ceramic glass that allows a magnificent view of the burning fire, it will be a beautiful addition to your existing hearth. It comes with the hearth surround to fully enclose the existing fireplace, and is equipped with a spring loaded automatic adjustment to make installation a breeze.

Honestly, I was a little skeptical of this company, at first. I emailed them inquiring about an insert at an amazing price. Heard back with a phone call very quickly. Within a few minutes, I had it ordered. Within a week it was delivered. It is installed and looks amazing! I couldn't be happier!

After opening the stove and getting it installed i noticed the baffles were missing customer needed heat so i had to buy a different insert locally and ashley stoves said no refund because it was opened very dissatisfied!
I ordered an Ashley Hearth but received a BreckWell which I am okay with but would have liked to have been notified of the change as it has been problematic to get the blower and surrounding plate replaced. It took some digging by your amazing customer service agents to figure out what happened. They are very understanding and Angie has went above and beyond to help me. We are still working on getting me the correct items for the insert I received. I will be very happy with it once it's all worked out.
