The Austin Air HealthMate Jr. FR200 Filter is a replacement filter for Austin Air HealthMate Jr. Air Purifier. The Jr. is a 4-part filter machine that elliminates almost a 100% of airborne contaminants. Replacing the HEPA and carbon zeolite blend filter is recomended very 3-5 years. A large particle pre-filter is included as well. The pre-filter is also sold seperately, and should be replaced annually.

Please Note: The black replacement filter is used with black, silver and midnight blue machines. The White filter is used with white and sandstone machines. Please choose the correct color for your machine.

The HealthMate Jr. Filter Stages

As the air passes through the large particle pre-filter, all visible particles such as dust, hair and pet dander are removed. Then, air passes through the medium particle pre-filter, elliminating medium size particles such as mold spores and pollen. Following the medium filter is 6.5 lbs of activated Carbon which removes chemicals, odor, and dangerous gases. Lastly, the medical grade HEPA filter removes submicron particles and microorganisms.
