Product Overview
This 100% stainless steel dehydrator is designed for ongoing commercial use with its high-efficiency forced air convection system. Over 27 sq. ft of total tray area lets you dehydrate at commercial rates and keep up with demands. The temperature range is adjustable from 60°F to 195°F, as well as ambient mode which runs just the fans without the heating coil. Use the built-in digital timer up to 99 hours, so you can set the time and return hours later with no stress. Perfect for vegetables, jerky, fruit, pet treats, and more.

- Ambient Air Mode: If you desire to dry your product using fans only and no heat, simply set the temperature to 00 on the control panel. This can be great for drying products such as herbs, biltong and some seafoods.
