Product Overview
The GSP H STD-90 manual gravity slicer features a reliable 1/2 HP motor that powers a 13" blade at 319 RPM. The chromium coated blade is the hardest, thinnest, largest, and straightest blade in the industry, ensuring consistent slices every time. Manual operation provides precise control over the slicing process, and the carriage is set at a 25° incline for operator comfort. This unit has a 3.5" wide thumb guard and auto blade shut-off, programmable at 15, 30, or 45 seconds. During cleaning, the unit's interlock system locks the carriage and gauge plate and activates no-volt release to prevent injury.
