Stoves show signs of use, but are guaranteed to work like new. Each unit is fully tested. Signs of use include possible scratches, scuffs, dent on the outside, and burn residue in the fire pot/glass. Used stoves have absolutely no mechanical defects. They ship from the manufacturer directly in Wisconsin. All units come with a 90 day warranty. Extended warranty options are available for up to 5 years.

The innovative heat exchanger in the Castle Serenity was modeled after the fins on air-cooled engines, which provides for 2.5 square feet of additional surface area for maximum thermal exchange in a compact space. The design is both unique and functional because it allows the inside of the stove to be smooth for easy cleaning and minimal ash build up, while exchanging an incredible amount of heat produced by the burning wood pellets. While other stoves are blowing your hard earned dollars outside, the Serenity stove keeps all of your warmth inside.
PROGRAMMABLE CONTROLLER
Adjust your heating needs to your lifestyle. The Serenity features a 24-hour programmable controller for each day of the week that has the ability to cycle on and off and adjust to a built-in thermostat depending on when heat is needed. The house can be warm when you wake up and when you come home from work, while remaining cooler during the day and at night while you sleep. Along with calendar and time based heating options, you can also set a local thermostat or manually set it on one of five burn levels. For added convenience, all controls can be programmed using the included remote control. The whisper-quiet fan offsets include speed controls to fine-tune the combustion to the pellets used, and to tailor the volume of heated air blown into the living space. Should there be an interruption, a full range of diagnostic modes help get you back up and running. Should you have any unresolved issues our qualified customer service representatives can also use the controller diagnostics to solve it quickly.
EASY CLEAN
Cleaning pellet stoves is a must, but the Serenity makes it simple. Other stoves try to route hot gases through a maze of metal in order to exchange heat. This is good for exchanging heat, but terrible for effectively cleaning the stove. Eventually the maze of metal fills up with difficult-to-reach ash that impairs the stove’s ability to transfer heat into your home. The Serenity Stove is designed to be easy to clean - there are no tubes, corrugations, or hidden chambers. There is no need to take off panels or disassemble parts. Just simply cool the stove, dump the firepot and ash pan, dust off the inside panels and sweep out the exhaust pipe.
