This product looks and cools great but when I first unpacked it I noticed a few blemishes on the glass control panel. Words were smudged most likely during production. The L&R swinging mode also does not work. For an item that was $571.42, including tax, I would have expected better. I also found this item for less on Amazon, $473.42 including tax, and was guaranteed the lower price but have yet to see the difference I paid refunded.
