We like our stove but we have had two breakdown in two months. The first day the feed stopped working, with help from the tech I removed the auger and found a loose bolt in there. This month I had to buy pass the on off switch, stove stopped working. I don't like the hopper leaves a quarter of a bag and turns off. If I wasn't mechanical I would have no heat
Absolutely pleased with our choice. It works as advertised and heats up entire 1200 sq ft house with ease. We actually had to turn down the desired temp it works so efficiently. I recommend it to anyone interested in "doing the switch" as we did. it is well made and is pleasing to the eye...

Received shipment promptly and very pleased with the stove and purchase
We are happy with the heat output, build quality and ease of operation. We've used the stove for about a week, and it's performed quite well. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the hopper design. We're finding the stove does not use about 1/4 of a 40 pound bag of pellets. The slope of the hopper walls permits the pellets to settle on the sides, and not fall down into the auger. The only other issue is the ash pan. It gets bound-up pretty easily when trying to remove it for cleaning. Not a huge deal, but removal requires finesse and not just pulling it out like a drawer.
The rest of the stove performs very well. The glass stays pretty clear during use, and like I say, the heat output warms up the house very quickly. The magnetic side panel doors is a great feature, and the overall construction is very stout. Nothing feels like it could break easily.
