Having trouble getting it installed

We like our stove but we have had two breakdown in two months. The first day the feed stopped working, with help from the tech I removed the auger and found a loose bolt in there. This month I had to buy pass the on off switch, stove stopped working. I don't like the hopper leaves a quarter of a bag and turns off. If I wasn't mechanical I would have no heat
Absolutely pleased with our choice. It works as advertised and heats up entire 1200 sq ft house with ease. We actually had to turn down the desired temp it works so efficiently. I recommend it to anyone interested in "doing the switch" as we did. it is well made and is pleasing to the eye...
