Wonderful stove,I would recommend it to everyone !

HP21- SS 2400 sq ft

Have had it for over a month. So far loving it. Great heat output. Super quiet. It's been getting a workout with temps in the 20 deg F range for a couple of weeks. Needs a bit more attention than my old one just because of a smaller hopper and ash pan. But if it keeps running like it has, I'm happy with the trade off. The only issue I will share is that it does have the capability of hooking to external thermostat, but doesn't come with the wire kit. My sales rep said he would reach out to mfg and see where I could get one. Well, I never got a response and had to do my own research and find one on my own. Not a huge deal, just disappointed in his follow through. Sadly it happens more than not now days. All and all... Quite pleased.

Best thing I ever bought

Happy with the results

Like the title states, I'm pleased with this purchase. The stove arrived on-time and undamaged. It's a bit heavier than I expected, but that's a good thing now-days. It's being used in a 1,600 (ish) sq. ft. home, and even on the lowest setting it's 78-80 degrees inside during 35-45 degree temperatures. We have to turn it off at times, as it gets the house a bit too toasty. It lights quickly and is pumping out heat with-in 5 minutes. I love the automation of this unit. Press the power, and go on about your business.

There's been only two things we've ran into that someone could complain about.
1) the hopper doesn't fully deplete. Once you get down to about 1/4 full, the stove will likely starve for fuel and will shut off.
2) The hopper door is easily obstructed by debris when filling, and the stove will act normal when trying to use, but the auger will not feed pellets. It will trigger a "no-light" error on the panel, but not display the actual problem (the hopper door safety switch is obstructed).
