I would have given it a five star rating, but after only it only three weeks, the auger started making a lot of noise and I cannot reach the company to do anything about it. I’ve left messages. No one‘s responding.
Haven’t been able to use yet because waiting for flexible stainless pipe to be delivered for hook up. Been hitches in delivery . Delivery of stove itself was excellent!
We bought our pellet stove to replace a wood stove it was the best investment we ever made it's very good it's a lot cleaner than burning wood and it's very easy to use it heats our whole house we've been down into the single digits in early December and the oil furnace never came on great product
I will answer this for my father. We purchased this for the ease and convenience for older folks. They are not computer wise, and are struggling with the program. If they could hook up to a wall thermostat, they would have a much easier time setting the temps. The miles between them and us, makes helping them figure it out even harder. They do have your number and we have encouraged them to call for help.
This is the best pellet stove we have ever bought. Quick shipping, easy to set up and install. This stove heats our 2700 Square Foot home in the mountains in Tennessee without the need for our electric furnace at all. It burns just over 1 LB per hour. The cost to use the pellet stove VS the electric furnace is a 50 percent savings. Highly recommend this unit.
