    Brand new stove,auger bearing issues.
    Managed to finally contact comfortbuilt.
    They send me a set of bearings and washed their hands........
    I should have listened!!!!!!

    I love it. !

    Working like it's supposed to. The only negative I have after a month of operation is the electronic key pad thing..The writing is so faint I have to use a flashlight to see it. Also if you are doing a vertical chimney---it's in the way and touches the chimney. It's held on by four screws so you have to skip one screw and move it over and that makes it a little crooked. Just a visual thing. So far so good.

    This is our second pellet stove we have a Harman which we love.

    Efficient, compact size, good heat output and easy start. A little hard to figure out how to restart when it stops, have to keep going back to the manual.

    The HP50 looks and heats great - so far. It’s been too warm to give it a real chance to prove its strength but it starts up and puts out heat flawlessly. Small footprint, too.
