The handlebar height can be adjusted from 26" to 27"/29" to 30.5"/31.5" to 32.5"/32.5" to 34", while the saddle height can be adjusted from 17" to 19.5"/ 19.5" to 21.5"/21" to 24.5"/ 22.5" to 26".
