Features
- All-in-One Training Station: This full-cage power rack combines a pull-up bar, squat stand, cable station, dip bars, adjustable leg hold-down, base band pegs, and landmine into one heavy-duty frame. From pull-ups, dips, and tricep push-downs to bench press, deep squats, LAT pulldowns, seated rows, and T-bar rows, one machine covers virtually every strength movement. • Smooth Dual Track Pulley System: The 7-strand steel cables paired with precision pulleys ensure a friction-free pull through every rep. The 1:1 pulley ratio means every plate you load is a plate you lift, giving you accurate, honest resistance. Weight plates are not included. • Full Cage Safety for Solo Training: Solid safety bars and J-hooks with 27 adjustable positions let you train alone with total confidence, knowing you're protected during heavy lifts. Built from rugged 5 x 5 cm steel tubes, this power cage boasts an impressive 900 kg static weight capacity for years of reliable service. • Complete Accessory Package: Everything you need to get started comes together with the training machine, including a LAT pulldown bar, cable bar, T-bar row handle, tricep rope, 2 pull handles, 3 snap hooks, 2 spring clips, and a steel chain. Barbell and weight plates are sold separately, so you can customize your setup as you grow. • Compact Footprint for Home Gyms: The cage base measures just 135 x 112 cm, making it a smart fit for apartments, garages, or small home gyms. Handy hooks, plate holders, and an Olympic bar holder keep your space tidy while putting everything within arm's reach.
