    I called support and got all the information I needed to make sure the product was the correct item to match up with my home standby generator. I then proceeded to order it online and it was super easy. The item arrived sooner than expected. Installed the ATS in approximately 4 hours (I was taking my time ) and everything connected up and worked correctly. Very happy with the service from Factory Pure and very happy with the Cummins RA-200-SE ATS.
