I ordered two generators and both arrived in excellent condition. Since I live back in the country where semis can't get to, other arrangements were quickly and cheerfully made for delivery. A lift-gate truck arrived within the time stated and the young man had the skid unloaded into my garage within minutes. Set up of the generator took 20 minutes only because I was doing it myself. After adding the oil and gas, the generator started on the first try even without charging the battery. I am very pleased with my purchase and will definitely recommend this Dewalt generator to anyone. Thank you for handling a great product and hiring customer oriented employees.
