I recently purchased four Multi Utility Trailers from FactoryPure and was extremely disappointed with the quality upon arrival. Three out of the four trailers arrived with damages, which is unacceptable for any standard. For a company that claims to provide high-quality products, this experience has severely diminished my trust. I expected better quality control and assurance from FactoryPure. It's disheartening to spend hard-earned money on products that don't meet basic expectations. I hope others consider this experience before making a purchase with them.
