Overal very pleased with the trailer. Had to get some additional paperwork for Maryland registration which JESSICA was very helpful with. The only suggestion is to move the license tag mount to the top side of the tail light. I know this because I smashed my license plate on the ground when I used the dump feature.

This is a great versatile workhorse of a utility trailer. Assembly directions and images could be better. Galvanized flash could be reduced and more even coverage would have been better. Gate hinged bolts should not have threads where they rub on gate as a hinge. It causes drag. I ground those thread down. Had to open up some of that hinged area due to galvanized flashing keeping the gate from laying out flat. No lug nut torque given. I called. It's 80 foot pounds.
Reasonably easy to put together, heavy duty, versatile, and reasonably priced. I was able to replace my pick-up truck with this trailer and a Subaru BRZ! (No, I'm not towing the trailer with the BRZ (-; )
The trailer arrived in great condition and the delivery driver and I unloaded it without an issue and rolled it to a spot out of the way. I assembled it myself with only a few avoidable missteps if I paid closer attention to the illustrations. Once you get to assembly step where you need to flip over the trailer, 3 people did it without any struggle at all. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and hopefully the hot dipped galvanized trailer lasts for many years to come.
The design of the Galvanized 5x7 is great but the manufacturing quality control needs some work. The galvanized coating was not uniform and there were about seven small dents in the floor of the trailer. The metal of the floor appears to have not been galvanized.
It was easy to assemble, my 15 years old was able to do 80% of the work. Customer support was very helpful answering all questions. No regrets.
