I noticed a price of $1450 online a few days after my purchase from factory pure. I also called and had a question but factorypure told me to call the manufacturer. I hope to never do business with factorypure again.
I am very pleased with the entire process and end product. Ordering online was easy and getting the soon to expire sale price was great. Confirmation was fast and then I received a call from John regarding ship date and my "special attention to careful handling" request instructions. Arcbest; ABF Freight's Pro Number tracking worked beautifully and they worked closely with me for a really fast, convenient delivery date and time. They were right on time with a heavy lift gate and long forked pallet jack to position the crate perfectly in my garage to accommodate an easy assembly position. Received with zero damage in perfect condition. All parts were included and assembly was easy after having viewed a few YouTube videos prior to receipt of shipment that had given me familiarity with the upcoming task. Having a strong neighbor to help me turn it over for assembly completion was the only help needed. She just brought home my new Z320R John Deere Zero Turn Mower without a problem!
The trailer was purchased for what I felt was a good price. It arrived with the original shipping pallet in two pieces, all set on a second pallet the shipping company added. Several significant dents/dings and some misalignment issues were observed. Most importantly, assembly took two men nearly half of a day. Directions allowed one hour for complete assembly. It took nearly an hour to unpack and inventory the various pieces. I have attached photos of the damage.
For that price it should have been together
