    I purchased this item which stated FREE SHIPPING

    I purchased this item which stated FREE SHIPPING. 3 days later I was waiting for it to arrive when I receive a text saying they need to charge me $17 for shipping. I called and spoke to a rep and stated the site said free shipping (I have a screen print) and I want it shipped free. He said they wouldn't ship it for free. jI was irritated and asked to speak to a manager. He said he wasn't going to escalate id and felt it best they cancel the order". Now I was really irritated and said I needed the part because I have my fireplace in pieces already. I said I'd call a lawyer (which I wouldn't) and he said he's cancelling the order. I told him how I felt and he hung up. I would NEVER purchase anything from FACTORY PURE.
