We are very pleased with our Drolet Escape 1800! We live in the W. Central mountains of Idaho and winters are long and cold. But we're confident our new stove will perform as expected. The only downside we have discovered is ash and hot coals falling out onto the catch tray when the door is opened, even when the firebox has been emptied. The service Factory Pure provided us was exceptional! We were told by your courteous and friendly representative we'd receive our stove within 2 weeks, and it was on our doorstep in less than one week! Although, we are having a bit of trouble getting the stove registered, not because of Factory Pure's website, but my pc hiding the required receipt. I'm still working on it! We have already recommended your company to a friend and neighbor who is considering replacing their old wood stove. Thank you for your great service!

Purchasing the Drolet stove was a very simple process compared to other large purchases we've made. The stove was packaged very well and the delivery driver was able to drop it off right at the front door which made it very easy to install. After unpackaging the stove we noticed the baffle was cracked. I called Factory Pure customer service and was shocked I was able to talk to a live representative who contacted the manufacturer and had a new one sent out to us. I even received a follow up call from him letting me know the part was on it's way. The stove is very well built so we're not anticipating any issues once we crank it up for the winter months. I will definitely use Factory Pure for any future products we will need.

Crate it came in was pretty beat up! Paint rubbed off in places!

Arrived one week from the order date. Two small fires waiting for cool weather for third small fire then he test let her rip. Stay tuned

We haven’t fired up our stove yet, but I can already say we are very happy with it. It is so much better built and assembled than our previous stove. Shipping was relatively quick and nothing was damaged in transit.
