Both karts arrived 3.5 weeks before Christmas damaged. A broken piece likely from shipping on one, and the other one wouldn't start. Customer service wasn't helpful, though I'm sure they were busy right before Christmas. I ended up epoxying the broken piece myself. I also opened up the bottom of the second kart and was able to fix some wiring to get the second one to start and Christmas was saved. The kids have loved them, and they have been great. They do ride a bit loud and I'm not sure how long they'll hold up, but they've been great. Customer service ended up saying they could replace the karts but it was too late for that.
