It works great. Started on the first pull. Easy to assemble
Delivered on time, packed well and securely, no damage to the unit. Easy assembly, about 1 hour. Gas and oil added, started first pull and every pull since. As other reviews have noted, you have to respect its limitations. It can do serious work on 2-3 inch limbs and other yard waste. I've made enough mulch in two days with this unit to pay for it, based on what I have been paying for mulch. A good value. Good price, good performance.

Packaging was better than I expected and the product works great. Only issue is that it is louder than I imagined it would be. Other than that, it’s pretty straight forward and does a phenomenal job.
This thing is hungry! I bought this to help with limb clean up from a major ice storm that hit in January. Took roughly 30m to assemble. Had to get oil but that wasn’t a big deal. Ran it at about half throttle for about 15m to break it in then went to work. VERY IMPRESSIVE! It did struggle with limbs close to 3” but anything that 2” or under it powered through with ease. Now, it did have a little trouble with dried hardwood, but feeding a little at a time it still made short work of it. Limbs did not have to be PERFECTLY straight to feed either. I would highly recommend this chipper to anyone.
