The exterior features a stainless steel construction for long-lasting durability, with matching colored handles and knobs. The gas cooktop features commercial-grade components (1x 18000-BTU/H, 1x 8800-BTU/H, 2x 6900-BTU/H, 1x 5000-BTU/H). The power burner is designed to reach maximum temperatures quickly while the simmer burner for more delicate, controlled heat. The oven function includes a bake, convection bake, and broil with a delay start option. Food cooks more evenly, browning and crisping the outer surfaces while sealing moisture inside. This single oven gas range is CSA Certified.
