Decibels

Quiet with no load.
Very disappointed when load is applied, my Honda 3000 puts it to shame as far as noise

Rough Start, but great ending!

I bought this generator because of the remote control feature. I got the generator and put oil in it and the battery, But the battery was dead. So run jumper cables to make sure the remote started worked and it did. So I got ahold of these folks looking to wreck someones day, but I got ahold of a very helpful person who listened and was very pleasant. She said she would get it going for me. Well, it took quite a while but the battery arrived yesterday along w/ a new remote because one of them was damaged in shipping. The battery starts it right up. I love the Energizer 320, it's light and quiet, and has a remote. I have no beefs w/ the company as they took care of the problem. I would buy another one if I needed one, it's a great unit. And they have great customer service!!!

2 year old generator on delivery

Battery was old and won’t take a charge and generator only ran for five minutes and don’t start now unless you manually work the throttle

Bought 10/9/19. Failed by 4/28/20.

Weekend use only, so about 4 hours per week, kept dry under a deck. Just will not start, drained the fuel, new plug, fully changed battery.
Should have bought the Honda.

Stopped running, starter batteries are junk.

I bought 2 of these with the parallel kit. Used them once for about 4 hrs and ran them out of gas to keep system clean. about 4 months later tried to start them but batteries were dead. Pull started them and ran them for another few hours. Carged batteries and stared just fine with switch and remotes. Ran them out of fuel again for storage. 6 months later tried to start them, but batteries dead again. Pull started them again and ran them a couple of hours to charge batteries. They will not charge. One generator quit running after 2 hrs and will not restart. Second quit an hour later and will not start either. Not overheated. Breezy day in the 70s and both in the shade. These generators have less than 12 and 13 hrs run time on them. they have never been left with fuel in them and stored inside garage out of weather and elements. Not impressed at all with these. One bad one I can understand, but two inop is not acceptable.
