The digital inverter-based PowerTIG 255EXT delivers exceptional power and performance at a budget friendly price. Equipped with a digital microprocessor, it features memory, pulse, and wave form functions. Advanced pulse is a new feature improving top and low end performance on aluminum, and the unit can be setup to increase penetration on thick aluminum up to 25%. This unit also excels as a stick welder featuring hot start time and intensity, and arc force control adjustments, making it perfect for E6010 or E7018 welding. The PowerTIG 255EXT operates on 120V or 240V. Max output during 120V operation is 150 Amps for TIG, and 120 Amps for stick.
