Factory pure ad described the pressure washer as completely rebuilt and ready for use. Upon receiving the pressure washer and using it for less than 2 hours oil started to poor out of the shaft seal between the engine and the pump. It was obvious that they never repaired or test the pressure washer to see if it was defective. After contacting factory pure customer service I was advised that now I have to take the pressure washer to a designated repair facility and have it fixed. The wait time to have it repaired is 30 days. essentially factory pure sold me a defective item knowing that the pressure washer was in operative, then placed the burden to have it repaired upon myself costing me 30 days of time. The insult to injury is now I am unable to complete the job that I have started at my home. I would strongly suggest not purchasing a "" rebuilt unit, just go to the store and pay a little bit extra to get a product that you know will work properly.
Over than being shipped upside down with oil in the case, the carb, the air filter, and in the box it seems to run okay. Runs real rough running and not in use. It could be the oil in the carb. I had to pull the plug and clean it before it would start.
The pressure washer took longer than expected to arrive and when it did it was missing four parts. The original order was placed on April 13th and as of today May15th, I still do not have the missing parts. Your customer service representatives have been nice,....but still no parts.
Unit looked just like brand new. Great price.
