Generac 4200 PSI 4 GPM Direct Drive Pressure Washer New

I bought this in April. When I finally had time to do the minor assembly and go to use it, it never started. After I wrote the initial review this company contacted me and suggested I contact Generac directly. It’s been a back and forth and the machine still doesn’t work and neither is willing to fully refunded me. I’m notifying the Better Business Bureau. I’ve tried to have it looked at by a qualified Generac repair service but no one will come look at it so it’s expensive USELESS junk. Adrain that works for Factory Pure accused me of “buyer’s remorse” due to the price and said they would start the return at a 15% restocking fee. Don’t buy from this company. And don’t buy Generac.

Carburator liquid bad no good no good

I shopped hard for the best deal and read countless reviews and I definitely found the best deal.FactoryPure had the best price on this by far but the machine came directly from the manufacturer on a pallet packaged well.Startup instructions are simple and straightforward and no nuts were loose,nothing was broken,and it started on the first pull.This washer is very powerful and does a great job.I have mainly used the green tip(the third most powerful tip) and it is amazing. I am very pleased with this washer and strongly recommend it.I am glad I did not settle for a less powerful pressure washer.

Exactly as described and cranked right up!

After taking the necessary steps to prep the washer, I turned on the fuel to start. It instantly started leaking fuel from the carburetor and would not start. I have since taken it to a local shop for warranty as was directed by factorypure’s website and I am still waiting to hear the prognosis, it’s been two weeks. I was hoping to wait until it’s fixed to review but have u have been prompted multiple times through email so..... here’s my review. I’m hopeful it will eventually work and will update my review at that point.
