Product Overview
Recommended for climates where it can freeze for more than 24 hours. This assures your battery will start regardless of the weather. When installing a cold weather kit, it is required that the oil is replaced with 5W-30 synthetic for better engine start capability. The pad is controlled by the temperature sensor. It automatically turns on at 40 degrees and turns off at 55 degrees.
