Contacted customer support for a return and days later still waiting. Don't understand what could take so long!!
Generac 4G LTE Mobile link 7169 was defective from the first day I installed it and it’s been over 2 weeks since I notified FactoryPure to return the item and I still have no return shipping label. My Generac local dealer spoke to Generac customer support and it was determined that the item was defective. How long does it really take a company to email a return shipping label? I've been on the phone 3 times with FactoryPure and they keep telling me a return label will be sent. This is not what you would expect from a "Authorized Generac dealer".
Followed all instruction provided with unit, but it would not work. After spending two hours on the phone with Generac customer service unit would still not work. Now have a case number to provide dealer to determine if unit is defective. So much for a 15 minute job.
Simple to install, works as described and I saved money buying it from here.
