The HomeLink™ manual transfer switch can safely deliver power to 10-16 of your most essential circuits, allowing you to back-up your refrigerator and freezer, gas furnaces, lights, small kitchen appliances and well pump.

Featuring our innovative OneTouch transfer button, HomeLink™ allows for quick changes between utility and generator power for ease of use during an outage. OneTouch also features two status lights to indicate whether utility or generator power is in use.

Awesome!!!

It works great, but one thing can make it even better. That is an upgraded front panel with a slot in it for the handle. Then I wouldnt have to take the front panel off every time I want to use it. Just a thought.

Straightforward and practical sub panel / manual transfer switch

We ordered this specific Generac transfer panel for several reasons: 1) because it’s rated for 50A, 2) because it can be upgraded to be automated in the future, 3) because it is designed to be used as an independently derived system (impossible to back-feed the existing panel if installed correctly) 4) ease of use once installed. The included wiring extends about 48 inches from the box, which was more than sufficient for our application. We were able to easily switch out the provided breakers for different breakers more suitable to our specific needs (removed 2-pole, replaced with 15A 1-pole). The specified breakers were readily available at Home Depot, and were about $5 each. Because of the way we chose to use it, we had to add four neutral runs since we did not need any 2-pole breakers. All straightforward wiring. The indicator lights showing when the generator is on, and when utility service has been restored, are user-friendly. This panel should be installed by an experienced electrician, or someone with solid knowledge of residential wiring and code requirements. Very happy with the panel and functionality.

How do you have it and nobody else does?

Seriously impressed: I needed this unit on short notice and every single other company couldn't have it available for 3-4 weeks at best. These we all big box heavy hitters and I suspect their projections were overly optimistic. Frustrating, as I literally live 20 minutes from Generacs headquarters. Never the less, you had it to me very quickly. The service and speed was impressive and has made me look to you first when I need product. Nicely done.
