Terrible customer service. Email no response. Phone no response. Have no concern for customers time or money. And this is during the pandemic. The shipping company they use has had the generator I purchased March 20 something till today 43 days. Factory pure still has not taking care of this nor returned my money. Cameron the customer service rep told me he will take it back with a 10% “restocking fee”. I asked for a return even with the bogus charge. This was 2 1/2 weeks ago. During this time Cameron did not give me an update one single time. Cameron will not return phone calls or emails. I called and emailed Friday early in the day. It is now the end of the day and Cameron has failed once again. I ask for this issue to be transferred to someone else who will take the issue seriously. Generators aren’t cheap. I don’t have a generator but they are ok taking my money with absolutely no regard for anther human being. What shame
We recently brought a Generac generator to have as a back up. It came fast and costumer service was very good. We tried it and worked but we still didn't have to use it yet.
