Nice generator. Easy to assemble and it runs great. Had to drive 60 miles round trip to pick it up from the shipping company because (due to hurricane Helene’s devastation in our area) they had way too many generators to get delivered in a timely manner. I was also under the impression that my generator would include a 20 foot power cord. It did not.
I've had this generator for two years now. Starts on the first pull and had no problems of any kind.
Parts missing, and haven’t received yet. Jerry Rigged a fix myself. Not happy

Great customer service. Product delivered as promised. Upon unpacking I found one of the wheels was damaged. I called customer service and asked for a replacement. I promptly received the new wheel. Outstanding customer service. I highly recommend FactoryPure .
